This Privacy Policy explains how AeroIQ Limited (“AeroIQ”, “we”, “us” and “our”) collects, holds, uses and discloses personal information. “Personal information” means information about an identifiable individual.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and the information privacy principles that apply to us.

Personal information we collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and may include:

  • Customer, supplier and account information, such as account details, enquiries, quotes, orders, delivery details and records relating to products or services supplied to or by you.

  • Project and operational information provided or generated in connection with our work, which may include site contact details, photographs, video, aerial imagery, inspection or flight information, and other project data where an identifiable individual is included.
  • Website and device information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, pages viewed, time and date of visits, referring pages and interactions with our website.
  • Communication and marketing preferences, including whether you have chosen to receive or opt out of marketing communications.

How we collect personal information

  • Directly from you, for example when you contact us, complete a website form, request a quote, purchase products, attend training, engage us for services or otherwise communicate with us.
  • From an organisation you work for or represent, or from a person who has authorised or nominated you as a contact.

  • From publicly available sources where it is lawful and reasonable for us to do so.

Where we collect personal information about you from someone other than you, we will take reasonable steps, as soon as reasonably practicable after collection, to make sure you are aware that the information has been collected, why it was collected, the intended recipients, who collected and holds it, and your rights to access and correct it, unless an exception under the Privacy Act 2020 applies.

We do not sell personal information.

Overseas storage and disclosure

Accessing and correcting your personal information

You have the right under the Privacy Act 2020 to ask whether we hold personal information about you, to request access to that information, and to ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date or misleading. These rights are subject to the grounds and procedures set out in the Privacy Act 2020.

If we do not agree to make a requested correction, you may ask us to attach a statement of correction to the information.
