What we deliver
Operations that are safe, compliant and easy to manage.
Practical support to build drone operations that are safe and compliant, written in plain terms and designed for everyday use.

Clear operating procedures
Simple, easy-to-follow Standard Operating Procedures that guide planning, flying and delivery, removing guesswork so everyone follows the same safe approach.
- Clear steps for planning and flying
- Easy instructions for handling risks
- Simple guidance for delivering final outputs

Safety management made simple
A safety structure that keeps operations safe as they grow: everyday risk checks, clear responsibilities and processes your team can follow.
- Safety management systems
- Hazard identification and risk controls
- Safe-work practices for different types of missions

Continuous improvement
Data-driven improvement cycles so operations get better over time: reviewing flights, learning from issues and making small, useful changes.
- Regular reviews of flight data
- Simple feedback loops
- Clear actions that improve future missions

Incident review and corrective actions
If something goes wrong we find the cause, fix the issue and make sure the same problem does not happen again.
- Incident analysis

Operational readiness
We assess whether people, equipment and processes are ready for safe, reliable operations, so you find gaps early and build confidence before scaling.
- Operational readiness assessments
- Performance checks
- Practical recommendations for improvement
Part 102
Part 102 safety and compliance, made straightforward.
If you hold a Part 102 certificate, compliance is part of everyday work. We help you understand what Part 102 means in practice and meet those requirements without slowing operations down.

Operating to your exposition
Your exposition is your rulebook. We help you understand what it says, how it applies to real flights, and how to follow it without adding stress.
- What your exposition says
- How it applies to real flights
- How to follow it without adding stress
- Keeping approvals, records and workflows tidy and consistent

Servicing and maintenance
Part 102 operators must keep aircraft in good condition and show proof at any time. We train your team to manage that themselves: tracking usage, running checks, identifying issues and keeping logs tidy.
- Track drone and battery usage
- Perform pre-flight and regular checks
- Identify issues
- Perform ongoing maintenance
- Keep logs tidy

Servicing handled for you
Alternatively, AeroIQ can take on your regular servicing, so your aircraft are looked after by people who do this every day. For Part 102 operations, the operator nominates a maintenance provider. The CAA assesses that provider, and they must be listed in the operator’s Exposition and Operations Specification before maintaining that operator’s aircraft.
- Scheduled servicing
- Firmware and software updates
- System checks
- Repairs and replacements
- Full maintenance records for Part 102 audits

Flight management and record keeping
Part 102 needs clear records of flights, pilots and approvals. We set up simple systems to keep it tidy and easy to review.
- Tracking flights
- Logging pilot activity
- Recording internal approvals
- Recording external approvals
- Managing permissions
- Managing repairs and servicing

Risk and safety workflows
Simple, repeatable workflows that show you understand and manage risk properly, every time you fly.
- Risk assessment
- Pre-flight checks
- In-flight decision making
- Post-flight reviews
- Incident reporting

Making compliance easy
We build easy systems people actually use, keep records audit-ready, and help you stay safe without slowing down. Manage servicing yourself or let us handle it.
